Thank you, good walk through. I am shopping for a bike and really like both the 900 and the 1200. I wonder, what is the life expectancy really? If I service it well, and on time, change wear parts like bearings and so on, would I expect it to make say 300K Km? Can I expect same ODO as on a car? I have the exact same cover on my GSA and rate it highly. Last big trip for me was about 850kms of n the last day and I could have turned around and ridden back if I needed to. I’d defo recommend.

Biggest complaints I have read about. Is the seat no cruise control? The 2024's do not have ED grips. As a standard option, the windscreen is too short and too skinny. The rear shock, although it has preload. It's simply not enough the dive in the forks.

I've all fully booked glamping for next year. Some of the videos with people racing over the mountain pass overtaking cars looks dangerous. Will like to stay away from them. Your pace is more my style. Just enjoy the island.

I enjoyed hearing your thoughts on the new Triumph Scrambler. I was initially taken with the looks of the bike, never before having actually ridden a Triumph. I put a deposit down in April 2024, and took delivery in June 2024. After riding the bike for a few weeks, I really like it, and enjoy all the great features of the bike. The torque and power, and the comfortable riding position really make the bike. It’s a bit heavy, which I am getting used to. The suspension is a bit stiff compared to my KLR650 and CRF300 Rally, but for a bike of it’s size that’s to be expected. Down here in Texas that exhaust heat is a real factor, but it is not a deal breaker for me. Our winters here in Texas are erratic, but, I’m hoping that the exhaust heat will help out in the colder months. I have yet to take the Scrambler off-road, but am looking forward to it. Everyone says that it’s very capable off-road. Thanks for a great, informative review. Happy Trails!

I am 6’4” and this bike fits me well, about the only mod was buying a puig tall windshield and that has helped tremendously with wind noise in my helmet. Worthwhile upgrade but am enjoying the bike.

I had a Khyam tent like this back in the early 1990s for motorcycle camping - it was so easy to put up, just click a couple of polls into place, peg it out and job done. The tent was around £200 back then which was pretty expensive, but well worth it. The only negative was the weight of the tent, but apart from that it was great. It's good to see the concept is still around and now seems a decent price now too.

Got a 2023 speed triple love it it is my only bike as for touring i am a rucksack man don't take the kitchen sink as i think you dont need it stop at b+b,s as for bike goes handles and stops mint with michelin power 6 tyres perfect

Passed my full test in August last year and have put 10,000 miles down since then on my versys 650 - Did the pass this past weekend and it was insanely challenging, but I did it! One of the best parts of the country, though I think Honister pass has it beaten on beauty.

I'm installing a Cardo on my Arai Contour and I do have a question. The chin vent is located exactly where I would ordinarily stick my mic. What is the best alternate location? Just to the left side of the vent? So the mic will be just on the left side of my mouth?

What made you change from the osmo 3 and instamic set up

Lovely bike Nick! I have the Gold Line Black T120, and the first thing I did change was the tyres! What a difference it made, immediately! And, I swapped the front springs with the Tecbike progressive springs and added the adjusters and finished the suspension changes with the Triumph comfort seat! I don`t think I need to change the rear suspension springs...very happy....

used to have a '71 T-120 - and like so many other people I sold it because my Harley Road King fit my long distance riding in the U.S. West better. Now that I live back East I am seriously considering swapping out the Harley for a new Bonnie. Thanks for the great videos on a great motorcycle with a great heritage.

These bikes have lots of apeal as something nicely rounded and they look the business. From a practical point of view I think the GSX1000 GT would be a more reliable choce. That said, I am completly torn on these. How does the Aprillia shape up against the VFR V4 engine. The later is a peach in many ways and it is a shame Honda ditched the format.

Is there an update? As far as I read, the remote can only power on/off one camera. If multiple cameras are paird, the remote control wouldn't wake them up. Is that still the case?

Currently looking at different models of Triumph to find my first motorcycle. I have some riding experience and I have a license due to my Vespa I currently ride. Considering the T100, 120 and the speed twins 900 and 1200. Thanks for the info. New sub

How would you compare the T100 to this T120? Is the extra engine power of the T120 noticeable? Overall, does the T120 have distinctive advantages over the T100? I would assume the T100 would be more nimble in commuter and city traffic? I would assume the T100 would be easier to handle...

Im gonna pick up my rally pro this week, i saw in a article that its used a detuned engine from the speed triple 1200. But cant find any more information on what the differences/changes are. Do you know? good reviews and insightful thougts, thank you 🙂
